Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days from the purchase date. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the original tags.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items not acceptable for exchange:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery. Any sale item.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If your item was damaged during shipping please contact shipper.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and your item will be shipped to you.
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jacksonsgenstore@gmailcom and send your item to: 456 W. Main St., Sylva North Carolina US 28779.
Shipping
We do not accept returns. You will be given an in store credit on your purchase. All sale items are final.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You will also be responsible for shipping cost of replacement being shipped to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
